Topics include planning, organizing and staffing issues; how to develop and direct staff; and controlling human resources in business. Topics include information starting with the recruitment process and continuing through to staff retention, i.e. keeping the company's most valuable asset. In addition, students will gain an appreciation of the costs associated with hiring, training and staff turnover. The topic of Personality Types will be explored.
